I am going to make a difference in the world by improving one person’s world at a time.

Cassidy is from Parachute, Colorado, a small rural community on the Western Slope, where she developed a deep appreciation for the power of resilience, family, and community. Raised in a close-knit, nontraditional family, she learned from an early age the importance of perseverance and supporting others through life’s challenges. These experiences inspired Cassidy to pursue a career in psychology, with the goal of earning her doctorate and opening a practice dedicated to serving children and young adults. She hopes to make mental health care more accessible and to help break the stigma surrounding therapy by encouraging others to see it as a valuable resource for everyone. Cassidy dreams of extending her impact beyond her practice by visiting schools, shelters, and community organizations to educate and empower young people. Guided by compassion and a belief that changing even one person’s life matters, she is committed to building a future where more young people feel understood, supported, and hopeful.
