Lily is from Salida, Colorado, where a life-changing health journey taught her to appreciate life’s simplest moments and to lead with kindness in everything she does. Living with a chronic heart condition has given her a deep sense of gratitude, resilience, and compassion, inspiring her to extend grace to others and find joy even through difficult circumstances. She believes that meaningful impact is often found in everyday acts of generosity, whether offering encouragement to a stranger, serving her community, or simply making someone feel seen. Guided by her faith and a desire to brighten the lives of those around her, Lily hopes to leave the world a little better than she found it through countless small acts of love and understanding. She will attend Weber State University, where she plans to continue serving others while growing both personally and professionally. Lily’s greatest hope is that people remember her not for extraordinary achievements, but for the kindness she shared with everyone she met.
