Josh has spent his whole career in recruiting and talent acquisition. For over a decade, he has recruited for startups (pre-seed through post acquisition), Fortune 500s, and professional services. He graduated cum laude from the University of Colorado, Boulder where he obtained a B.A. in Communication and a minor in Leadership Studies. His thesis focused on how individuals from multicultural backgrounds create and interpret personal identity.
