Previous to joining Vail Resorts, Lynanne served as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources for Whirlpool Corporation and held other executive positions including Vice President of Global Talent Development & HR Asia and HR Vice President North America. From 1989-2009, she served in leadership roles at Procter & Gamble Company, including Human Resources Director of Global Home Care. Lynanne has served on the board of directors for both the United Way and Habitat for Humanity in Southwest Michigan.
