Sustainable, generational change in under-resourced communities has proven difficult to achieve.
Greenhouse is changing that paradigm by working from within – partnering with the most inspiring young leaders and surrounding them with a powerful, lifelong community.

The Greenhouse Community in Action
A Community-Fueled Climate Incubator
When a bold idea to fight climate change emerged, the Greenhouse community jumped in to help bring it to life. At the heart of it was Greenhouse Young Leaders Program participant Kiko Wong, whose vision later became ClimateHaven: a $1.5M incubator accelerating over 20 venture-backed start ups.
Empowered by advisors, funding, connections, and other resources from the Greenhouse community, Helena Cappon opened Gub Gub's in Walsenburg, CO, in 2022. It's the only pizzeria and ice cream shop in a 50-mile radius, and to locals, it's a beacon of economic prosperity and much-needed community spirit.
The Greenhouse community saw something in Alumnus Ivan Hernandez and backed him with mentorship, resources, funding, coaching, and connections. Ivan is now the CEO of Banner Signs, a thriving company that has hired other Greenhouse Scholars, funded scholarships, and is profitable and growing.
