Joshua DeLoach’s career spans from juvenile corrections and mental health nonprofits to the tech space. Across all of it, relationship building and showing up to do what needed to be done have been the through-line driving growth and adoption. His time in juvenile corrections and mental health work shaped how he sees people: meet them where they are. He was taught to listen twice as much as he speaks, and to genuinely want people to succeed. He believes there’s something to learn in every interaction, and that mindset has followed him through every stage of his career.
Joshua is a military kid, raised mainly in California but spent time in Utah, Alaska, Georgia, and Tennessee. He graduated from Colorado State University, where he was also a student-athlete who ran track and field. Outside of work, Joshua builds computers and stays active. If it’s a sport, he’s in. His family shares that energy: spending time outdoors, chasing new experiences, traveling, trying new food, and watching a ton of comedy together.
